My name is Kerry and I’m a crafter/designer/illustrator based in Melbourne, Australia.

I work part-time in healthcare and spend the rest of my time making things for myself and others to enjoy from my home studio.

I’ve spent my whole life being crafty and always making something with my hands. In 2012 I studied fashion design and realised how much I loved bringing my clothing ideas to life. In 2018 I started grump and created size inclusive clothing from my own illustrations, also building a beautiful supportive community.

After a few years of making clothing, I decided to have a break and concentrate more on my art practice. I made bad art for a year and documented the process on youtube. This process taught me to put self doubt aside and create for the pure joy of it. And now, grump has been re-launched and it feels like I'm making the best things I’ve ever made.

In my free time I enjoy spending quality time with my partner and friends, going on scenic walks around my home, knitting, watching cartoons and eating yummy food.
